A: The transportation budget is $105,014 total, broken down as follows:

Q: What percentage are administrative salaries of the total salaries of the district?
A: Administrative salaries are 13.7% of the total salaries of the district.
Q: What percentage of the taxpaying population is over age 65/what percentage of taxpayers will the increase affect?
A: The information available only speaks to the values of the properties involved, not the number of taxpayers. Cumby ISD spans two counties with two appraisal districts, Hopkins and Hunt. Combined, 12.8% of the value is based on frozen taxes (over 65), 87.2% of the value is based on net taxable value.
Q: Can the board start a political action committee to inform the community.
