Ms. Lydia Anderwald Honored by Cumby ISD

Ms. Lydia Anderwald was honored by The Cumby ISD Board of Trustees and superintendent at a recent board meeting. Ms. Anderwald has tirelessly donated many hours as a volunteer at Cumby ISD.

Mr. Charles Miller Honored by Cumby ISD

Mr. Charles Miller was honored by The Cumby ISD Board and superintendent at a recent board meeting. Mr. Miller has donated money to help students in need at Cumby ISD. Additionally, Mr. Miller has funded scholarships to help Cumby ISD students further their education.

2012-2013 Yearbook Senior Tribute Page

Due to the upcoming holidays, Sr. Tribute pages (which were originally due Dec. 3) will be held with a $20.00 down payment (due Dec. 3). Full page is $75.00 and half a page is $50.00. Pictures and sayings are NOT due until March 1, 2013. There will be no refunds of the down payment should you decide you don't want the page. This payment is reserving the page for you and your Sr. Don't Miss Out!!! Make checks payable to Cumby ISD. Please write on the note section Name of student and Sr. Tribute.

Notice of Adopted Tax Rate

CUMBY ISD ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 17% AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $170.00.
Laptop Policies. Procedures, and Contract

Cumby High School will be issuing laptops to students in grades 9 through 12 for school year 2012-2013. We are very excited about this opportunity for our students.

Please return these forms, signed, no later than the end of the first week of school. We will start issuing laptops the second week of school.

ATTENTION ALL CHECK WRITERS.

Cumby ISD will gladly accept your checks to pay any/all fees/charges associated with your child(ren) and their school activities. However, there are a few things you need to know.

Your check must include the following information:
* Drivers License Number.
* Full Name
* Street Address
* Phone Numbers

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize Cumby ISD to use the information from the check to make a one time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. You also authorize Cumby ISD or a thrid party agent acting on behalf of Cumby ISD, to collect a $30.00 fee through ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER from your account if your check is returned unpaid.

Additionally, Cumby ISD will use a third pary collection agency, if necessary, to recover funds for any unpaid check.

Pay into Student Cafeteria Accounts Online!



You can check your children's cafeteria balances and pay online using your Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card. Click the "Cafeteria" button on the left to get started.
Check Grades Online

Parent use of the electronic grade book is the same as previous school years. If you had an account last year, that account is still active. Simply login with the user ID and password you used last year. If you did not setup an account last year or you are new to the district, you'll need a "portal ID" to setup your account to access TxConnect Grade Book. Call your campus office to request a portal ID number or email Greg Caldwell.
